Repository accessThe Subversion repository (SVN)containing all the code and documentation of the Smart Home Lab. If you do not have SVN installed on your computer you can go to http://svn1clicksetup.tigris.org/ which will download the SVN server as well as a program called Tortoise which has a GUI to manage the repositories. To quickly learn how to use SVN and Tortoise do the following tutorial: How to use subversion using tortoise
After installing SVN you can acces the repository whose link is svn://rs.cs.iastate.edu/smarthome. We would like to integrate the SVN repository with the Eclipse IDE. in order to do this, please complete the following tutorial: How to use subversion from eclipse
Now you are all set to use the Smart Home Lab SVN repository. From there you can see the code of the different demos as well as the documents, manuals, and tutorials. After learning how to use SVN you are ready to acces the content of the repository. To download the contents of the repository to a local folder (need Tortoise installed) follow these steps:
